In the beginning for Fae it was film, and it was black and white. It was the 20th Century and it was love at first click. Then came the hand coloring of her photographs.
For Fae, the advent of digital photography was a real game changer. Her process became immediate, clean and practical and she found love again! She learned digital processes and creative printing techniques and combined them with her hand coloring. To more accurately describe her images, she coined the term Artograph.
Fae and her Artographs live in Santa Monica, CA. You can find her as an artist in residence at both Ten Women Gallery locations and via her website (link above).
