WEARABLE ACCESSORIES ARTIST
Margot’s interest in fabrics and yarns started early growing up in Melbourne, Australia. She has been knitting and constructing clothing and accessories since she was 10 years old. Her interests lie in colors and textures of different fabrications and how they are put together to create a unique and interesting design. She has studied and majored in fashion design, interior design, architectural landscape, and floral design.
Margot has traveled extensively designing and creating her wearable works of art. She joined Ten Women Gallery on Main Street in Santa Monica in 2008 and has sold her original creations throughout the world. Being a part of Ten Women has allowed Margot to play with her creativity in many avenues such as hand made shawls, scarves, fingerless gloves, pillows, headbands, belts, bandeaus, and greeting cards. Margot specializes in making custom, one-of-a-kind wearable art.
